So one of my modular pin adapters for my Eros s silver cable broke. Effect audio offered to send me a new adapter but suggested if I was concerned with alignment that I send my cable to them. I’m just wondering if the back and forth downtime is necessary or if I can handle the “alignment” issue myself. And if someone can clarify what the alignment issue is (they really set Up the connex adapters for the threads on each cable they sell?) I’d appreciate it.
