Hi just wondering if the EF1 with 110v has different circuitry to the 240v or is the difference only in the massive power adapter that comes with it?

I'm fairly certain it's merely the power supply.

My EF2's PSU failed, and I had to quickly determine how it worked. While not an EF1, it's probably similar. On my EF2, it looks like the AC is rectified internally and then goes to a 7812 voltage regulator.. From there I have no idea, and didn't bother to check.

Therefor, it's just the PSU..
