How are you friends, how are you, I hope you are very well. The reason I am here is to know if any of you have had this problem after updating to the latest firmware version. What happens is that before going to sleep I took a photo of the battery percentage and it was 78%, now when I turn it on after a few hours it shows 72% and this was out of nowhere, when I restart it it showed 74% and when I restart it it shows 71%, and then what I did was put it on the PC because some things were going to happen and when I realized it already had 79%, it is somewhat confusing but I hope you understand me and I would appreciate it and you help me solve it, thank you, attached photos.20241101_023019_HDR.jpg20241101_224745_HDR.jpg20241101_225527_HDR.jpg20241101_231847_HDR.jpg
I have used the DX260 very little before the update. However, I felt like the standby was incredible then, but less so now.

Admittedly, I am using the DX260 more now, but I kill all apps and deactivate the wifi yet it will still lose 10% over night. I don’t think that was the case previously.

I‘m actually wondering if the device does not want to be in standby and if I should shut it off.

I shut down all my daps after use; Never have a problem with battery drain. If you use any dap in a session it is not an inconvenience to shut down when you finish.

However, if you use it in several smaller periods then perhaps leave on standby until your final listen.

I just ordered a DX260. I have been thinking about getting one for a while now. Then I changed my mind and thought maybe I should get a DX180 to save a few dollars. I was looking at the iBasso dealer for Canada website Quebec Acoustique and they are having a sale on the DX260 for $1019 CAD or about $730 US. Its not a Black Friday sale, but I thought the price was pretty good so I ordered one. The DX180 wasnt on sale. I was tempted to get the D16 Thaipan too which was also on sale

The only thing about the DX260 that I find slightly odd is that it comes with Android 11 and not 13 like on the DX180. Hey I get it the DX180 is newer, but still its just odd that a lesser model has the newer OS and iBasso doesnt have plans to update the DX260 to Android 13. Maybe it doesnt make any real world difference, but still. I originally wanted to get the DX260 because of the dedicated coax output, higher power, better specs, Octo mania chips, and the dual OS. Anyways I cant wait to get it.

It is my favourite dap - wonderful sound.
You should get the green leather case as well.

I actually ordered this one, it looks really nice. Then after I ordered I thought I hope I dont have a problem swiping from the edge...I did some reading and supposedly it is not a problem. I guess it might be a good idea to order some glass screen savers...I read the factory ones arent that great

The case is very nice and no issues with operability.
I haven’t bothered with screen savers -
Just careful with it.

It does look very nice. The thing about the green leather case it would be a match to the green leather case that comes with the D16. It would make a great looking iBasso stack. I hope I like the one I ordered, I liked the dark brown and it looks well made. Maybe I should have just got the green case???

Ok so I got my DX260 on Monday. The DX260 is actually my first real DAP. I recently bought a shanling M1s. The M1s is ok, but it sure pales in comparison to the DX260. The DX260 sounds waaaaaay better, it makes the M1s seem like a kids toy. A small learning curve, but I think it is awesome...I love it. I charged the DX260 and updated it right away. I took my micro SD out of the M1s and popped it in the DX260. All the albums and artwork were there, no issues what so ever. I cant wait to get the beautiful leather case, it left Kiev already...so I should have it within a couple weeks. I kept thinking maybe I should have got the DX180...I am so glad I paid the extra bucks for the DX260

Can the burn-in cable be used with PB5 and D16 to burn them?
Maybe some expert will weigh in, but I dont see why not...the burn in cable is just simulating an IEM or headphone load.
