Does Huawei Nova works with DACs

Firstly i like to say sorry for my English - im from Germany.

I like to buy a DAC for my Huawei Nova Smartphone (it has a USB Port with OTG). I think about Devices like Audioquest Dragonfly Red, HiFime Sabre 9018 USB C or Nexum Aqua.

Do a Huawei Nova works with a DAC? Do you have experiences with that?

So long as your device has OTG it should work. You will need to use an OTG cable though.

Not with your particular phone model but I have tried the Dragonfly with both Android and IOS devices in the past.

What is your opinion about the sound quality of the dragonfly?

I like to use the DAC in combination with my Ultimate Ears triple.fi 10 Pro (a Multi-BA-Driver-System). Do you think this combination sounds good or bad?

I think the Dragonfly Red is a really good device for portable use however, on really sensitive IEMs, you might be able to hear a bit of the noise floor. It's inaudible while something is playing but during silent parts, it can be heard.
