does anyone make noise cancelling phones that work in the human voice range?

I like to use noise cancelling headphones at work to drown out the sounds of my coworkers flapping their jaws.

It seems that most of the noise cancelling tech is designed to block out the low rumble of aircraft and other travel sounds but doesn't work so well on human voice ranged sounds.

Anyone know of brands that do a good job of blocking out people's conversations?

I've tried the in the ear canal earplug type headphones and they work GREAT for isolation, but I just can't get used to wearing them and they tend to bother me when I wear them too long.

They're also more of a hassle to pop in and out when I have visitors in my cube than regular type headphones.

Thanks!

True! I hate wearing my glasses with my Koss A250s on, it's so quite uncomfortable.
