so I'm mostly using lambskin pads but I'm finding they are perfect during winter but not so in summer/warm weather.

so I'm thinking of getting the either velour or the micro suede with cooling gel brainwavz pads.

thoughts?

The Brainwavz velour I've had were itchy like fiberglass. Tried washing them and still no getting the fibers to be comfortable. It's like a nylon with pointy ends. The Beyerdynamic velour is the most comfortable. What headphones do you have? Switching is going to bring out some treble and lose some bass in the process. The silver DT770 pads are best for a compromise.
