Do I need a tube buffer on dac with a tube amp?

I am looking at the Paradisea dac on ebay. Could I get some reviews. Also I see that the Constantine USB Dac doesnt have the tube buffer but if I allready have a Darkvoice Headphone Tube Amp do I need the Tube buffer?The diff. in price is a lot.I dont mind paying it though if it would be worth it.

When I get the funds I'm going to get a Paradisea DAC to use with my RWA modded Squeezebox 3. I haven't heard one yet but looking forward to it.
