Hello,

I would like to know if this is common or if I'm the only one experiencing it. Whenever I use an inner-ear headphone, or any headphone that creates a seal with your ear, I get dizzy/nauseous after a while. I get this feeling when working out.  After about an 45 mins to an hour, I have to take out the earphones out because I start feeling kind of dizzy or slightly nauseous.

While it's only a little bit, it's enough to make me have to take the the earphones out and let my ears "breathe". Does anyone else experience this?

Sometimes I get this - not only with IEM but even headphone (open and closed). Not sure why....

For some reason, this only happens to me when there's some sort of seal, or even with something like on-ear headphones with lots of isolation (that almost feel like a seal).

With other headphones, I can go for hours without any problems. I feel like, with me, it's probably the increased pressure inside the ear (caused by the seal) that's causing this.

Ears have a hand in maintaining balance, but the effects of sealing the ear canal or other actions vary between individuals.
