New Head-Fier
Hi guys!
Im new to this forum but I have been working on eletronics since I was 13, ok im 17 now so there isn't a lot of progress but i thought you guys would appreciate some good work! Here you can see my first amp in a Barkleys mints tin, this one was made for my mentor that needed something that can amplify a weak signal from radiodetectors to drive a small speaker. In my second picture you can see a headphone amp using a OPA2132 opamp, it was my first try and I etched a board for this one. Because this was cool to a lot of people in Croatia, I was called to present these on a HiFi show called Multipak. Later that year I made these small boards which where upgraded versions of my first attempt. I solder everything by hand ofcourse and will keep it that way if I can. These small boards had an OPA2227 which in my opinion have better sound than OPA2132. These portable CMoys use a 9v battery, but only one. Next logical upgrade was to add two batteries so here you can see the newer version with two batteries. I swapped the two wima input caps to two JB caps. Then I made a full sized speaker amp with two LM3886 Ic's. This is one of the best sounding amps I ever heard so that was an achivement! And the last two pictures is my newest project which is an headphone amp with bluetooth built in and the usual OPA2227 op amp. As far as audio tehnology this is it but I have a huge portfolio of projects if anyone is interested!
If you have any questions feel free to ask!
