Head-Fier
I live in rural East Texas and I'm wondering if anyone makes a reasonably priced FM radio I can tie to a headphone amp with good reception that is able to pull in reasonably distant sources. With this comes thoughts of possibly using an external antenna to help pull in distant stations.
Who uses "digital" FM radio and what gear do you have? Do you use an external antenna to pull in distant stations? Cellphones and Laptops are good until they don't work so, I'm thinking about something that 'touches' the outside world when I lose cellphone reception or my internet connection.
TIA,
Sid
