Difference between Sony D-SJ303 and D-SJ301?

Hi. The SJ301 is discontinued and now there is the SJ303. Does anyone know the difference? They look exactly the same except for the headphones that come with the unit. I have ordered the 303 from Amazon and would like to know what else, if anything, is different.
