Hi All,
I re-opened this as I wanted to make one last statement regarding this mess.
The order was sent out to you before I read your request to cancel the order. You can keep it or return it - you decide.
I have NEVER removed any posts in this forum. I have always responded and left the post for ALL to see.
I am not perfect and when we do mess up I do my best to make the situation good for my customers. Ask around. I have made mistakes but fixed them in a way that the customer was happy.
You requested I hire more people. If you pick up their wages I will gladly do so. I am quite happy with our performance 99% of the time. You happened to catch us when we were out sick with the flu. This is not a normal occurrence.
So to all of you out there, if you should ever encounter a problem with your order, please call us and I will personally make sure it is taken care of.
