... and are DAP as as good as full size usb DAC´s?
I want a dap because I am looking for a light weight Hifi System for Travel.

Most DAP only have fixed line out and no remote for volume control.

If you know a nice light weight daC or DAP with volume control please recommend.

Hugo 2 looks good, but I don't like the chord sound (boring after some time)

I am after a lively sound with great timing and dynamics.
