I have an Astell & Kern AK100ii. The track forward button sometimes gets stuck. Does anybody have any experience with an issue like this or a way to remedy? I would rather avoid sending back to Korea, if I can.
I don't have experience with your unit, but when the button on my Cayin N8 got stuck or not changing volume, it maybe dust or it maybe a soldering problem. I am based in UK and sent it to Steve at NP Audio who specialised in DAP upgrade and repair and he fixed it and said it was a soldering problem.
Depend on where you are based, maybe find a local DAP upgrader/modder.
