DAC+AMP with built-in PEQ? (or Qudelix + AMP?)

Are there any desktop DACs with a built-in PEQ?

I'm using DT 1990s with a Monoprice Liquid Spark stack but I'm thinking about switching to a JDS Labs stack and maybe using a Qudelix 5K?

However it would be nice to have a PEQ built into the DAC (ie. JDS Lab DAC+, which doesn't have an EQ) so I could eliminate a device and still have a nice stack setup.

I'd also like it to have near-zero latency since I use them for movies/gaming, etc.

Qudelix recently released the T71. It is portable mostly in the literal sense; it has a battery but lasts only up to 10 hours, and it has no Bluetooth.

Are you using with a PC? Could just use EqualizerAPO or something. I think a lot of the devices with onboard eq still rely on an external PC/mobile device for control anyway (for instance I think miniDSP's gear such as Flex or 2x4 is like this- can probably find similar function with streamer dac/amp gadgets or recording interfaces).
