DAC/amp combo under $5k

If you had to come up with the best sounding DAC/amp combo or all-in-one under $5k with xlr4 and 4.4mm, connected to a PC, what would it be?

I just put together a Topping A70Pro and D70Pro Octo and it's flawless with virtually unlimited power. The Hifiman Arya Stealth finish it off, even nicer than the HD800s though they are excellent too, just personal preference really. Just doesn't get any better, but the SMSL SP400/M400 is extremely fun as well. Couldn't go wrong with either one.
