Hi, my D4 clips occasionally, would it be possible to send it back(will pay for shipping) to have it repaired, or would this be covered under the warrenty?

How/when does it clip? Does it clip at normal listening volumes, and what are you feeding it with, and what headphones are you using? You should keep the volume of your source high and the amp at a reasonable volume. IEMs will clip faster than big headphones, but big headphones, too, can clip at loud volumes.
