Custom I2S (HDMI) Cable Manufacturer Sought

Does anyone know of a company that will build a custom I2S (HDMI) cable for me that will move the cable order at one end to allow use of I2S between a DAC and source that have different pinouts? Basically I'd send device and source pinouts and they'd send a plug and play cable that just works?

Never heard about a service like that. Might be a good idea to ask custom cable manufacturers in your area, but trust me... It's not gonna be cheap. That's a lot of labour and HDMI cables are a notorious pain in the...
