Cracked beats by dr dre How can I fix them!?

The best fix is to get rid of them and buy some proper headphones, ahahaa.

No but seriously, I wouldn't bother because I know someone who has a pair and they're falling apart, little by little. You can get a decent pair of Sennheisers, Audio Technica or something of the like for a similar price, but perform a lot better. You pay a premium for the brand name.

If it's still under warranty, return it and get a replacement. If your warranty expired, then order the headband on Ebay and fix it yourself (there are a bunch of How-To videos online).

If it breaks again, then order another one. Rinse and repeat. They make their headbands flimsy. That's how they make money.

I saw someone rolled up a electrical tape on the headband to hold it together, at least making it usable .

But I definitely agree that you should start looking into a new headphone, get the ATH-M50's , it 5x more good sounding than any beats. cheaper too.

I thought they made money by marking up $20 headphones to $200? :p
