Ok, so I'm getting frustrated with trying to get a hold of them after calling and emailing so I'll post my question here. I recently broke my s4 headphones by snapping the wire and was wondering if klipsch will repair these for a decent price or am I better off just purchasing a new pair.

Oh no! I'm sorry, but we do not repair the S4 headphones. It would likely cost more than you paid for them.
