I ordered a pair of er-20s from you a night or two ago, and I haven't gotten a confirmation email or anything. Should I be worried?

The ER20 shipped out on Monday so you should have them today or tomorrow. I have been very busy and havwen't sent back responses to orders unless there was a problem.
I just got the ordering system upgraded so it will now send a copy of your order back to you when it is in our system. Sorry for any trouble this has caused you!

thanks Todd, they came today. After wearing them for two hours:
1) These block out a lot of sound
2) After my ears got used to them, I could pick more things out on my headphone system.
3) Etys might have to be ordered soon.
