I am looking into upgrading my computer speakers after building a new PC. I will be driving the speakers and headphones with a JDS Labs Element III MK2 which has RCA connectors to the speaker.

I currently have a pair of Swan M200 speakers purchased in 2002. I have used these speakers almost every day as I play music while I work.

I was looking around online and started picking our a bunch of options.

Swan M200 Mk II
Swan M200 Mk III+
Edifier S1000MKII
Klipsch The Fives
Klipsch Reference R-40PM
JBL Professional 305P MkII (needs RCA to 1/4 TRS cable or adapter)
Q Acoustics M20
Audioengine HD3
Peachtree Audio M24
Kanto YU4/YU6
Fluance Ai41

I prefer my audio to be neutral, and I have a very eclectic taste in music. MusicBee is my player and I play local Flac files as well as listen to internet radio. These are also the speakers for YouTube and Kodi.

I'm interested in your insight/experience with these or other options that would be a meaningful upgrade from what I have currently.

TIA

Steve

+ Genelec

Also:
Nuemann KH 80 DSP
KEF LSX II or the just announced LSX II LT (both have USB C input, so you can bypass the Element. ...depending on your preferences, you may need a sub)
