I have been using this as a digital to analog converter for my MAC for about 4 months now and love it. All you need to do is connect a USB cable to this, run your iTunes or whatever music program and valla! your computer is now a audiophile source. Connect some RCAs to your amp or RCA to mini to your favorite head amp and you will up and running. The sound quality of the super DAC is superb. At only $110 its a total winner.

I have received some questions concerning the LEDs on the Super DAC. Here is what the company wrote back, if any one who bought one was wondering.

LED ON TOP OF MIC INPUT ----- Left hand side ---with mark 192K.
A---When plug in usb with pc will lights on red .
It will flash and bink while playing music .
B---When input from CD with 44..1 or 48 SPDIF----- it won't light up.
C---When input sorce above 96KHZ or 192KHZ will lights up at green color.

Led at right hand side on top mark with NORMAL
A---No lights up when no input source connected .
B--It will flash with multi color when have input source connected.

Led at right hand side --mark with power on
A-- It will lights up when power supply switch on .

The CTL is no function for this model .
It is design for next model using at car with line out volume control.
