Classified's still locked after all conditions met

I seem to be having some sort of an issue, i believe that i meet all the required criteria (15+posts, account created in 2021 and ive enabled 2fa about 24h ago), but i still cant seem to post a listing in classifieds.
Ive tried the log in-log out trick but it didnt help.
Help would be appreciated

Once you meet the criteria, you have to wait up to an hour for the system to upgrade your profile. If you remove 2FA -and re-enable, that possible timer starts over.

Its been ~20h since ive enabled 2fa and all conditions were met, nothing yet.

Oh, and ive not tried to remove and re-enable 2fa. So dont think thats the issue
