Choice for a Gear : add Theorem or Alo+Solo , or DX100 directly ??

I have a decision problem to make , hope you will help me

 
My current gear is : Ipod Classic + Alo Mark II + HD700
 
I would like to add a DAC , but  I don t know what would be the best at the end :
 
    - Choice 1 : I buy a DAC Solo R + Cable  , then in an early future ( 2014), I upgrade my Mark II , to Mark III-B
    - Choice 2 : I buy the Theorem 720 which do the trick DAC+AMP
    - Choice 3 : Considering the price, I change everything and go for the DX100 direclty
