Still meant to drive headphones (and apparently IEMs). So looks like an all-in solution.

The dac looks very interesting as well. Mike Moffat designed some  of the best dacs I heard when he had Theta and this one sound like they are heading in that direction for a very affordable price. The two pieces look terrific,
