Changing Pads on HE1000SE?

Does anyone have a link to a video or a simple textual explanation? Pads for sale say: “no plastic ring included”?

There's clips you push a credit card into the seam to release. After 2-3 of them are free they just flop out. If there's no mounting ring on replacement pads it's going to be a trick since they have to be torn off and glued to the new ones.
On AliExpress I've gotten them for the Ananda and Arya for a good price with mounting clips. Just get the same material as stock or it ruins the sound.
