Canadians buying from directdial.com

I'm interested in buying the Zen Micro from Directdial.com but I'm not sure if I'd have to pay duties and customs.

On the Canadian portion of the site, GST is charged. Does that mean the product should be from within Canada hence no customs fees?

Yes, I believe that you are correct. DirectDial is in fact based in TO I believe.
