This is a riddle that I knew as a younger child and it just popped into my head. Figured I'd share it and give some other people some fun. As follows:

See if you can make some sentences and sense out of it. Have fun

It sounds like a chinese incantation which try to explain/illustrate the insight of Budhism.

Or

A logical argument between 2 fools:

Fool 1 declares: That is it.
Fool 2 questions: Is that it?
Fool 2 declines: That is not.
Fool 1 confirms: Is that not?
Fool 1 insists: That is it.
Fool 1 concludes: It is.

That reminds me a riddle in Chinese. You know how characters in Chinese have 4 accents, and each accent produces different characters, so here's the riddle:

ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma,
niu niu niu niu niu niu niu niu niu niu niu niu.

Adding different accents to make them into a phrase.
