It can output 1040mW+1040mW@16Ω, 564mW+564mW@32Ω via balanced 4.4mm but how about at 150ohm or 300ohm or is it impossible to sort of rough estimate guess? I tried looking it up for hours and looking up measurements but only the Gen 2 model has measurements @ 300ohms but that one has a way different amp chip setup. I don't care about battery life if that's an issue just power and I can't use a portable AMP.

Well, whether it can power 300ohm headphones to 80db depends on the sensitivity of the headphones. For a high impedance headphone, you'd normally be voltage limited. If my math is not wrong. from the numbers you shared, looks like your DAP can output ca 4Vrms. 4V would drive HD600 to 110db SPL.
