Sony MA-900 + Astro Mixamp pro 2013
 
Wondering if I have reached the outer limits of gaming via headphones.
 
I have just bought a Yamaha A1030 Av receiver so not sure if maybe I should add that in to the mix somewhere?
 
I game with my PC + xbox one + Wii U - All though cant see to get the Astro to work with it

Run HDMI cable from the PC and Xbox to the Yamaha, then HDMI from the Yamaha to the TV.
Plug the Sony MA900 in the Yamaha.
If the WII uses HDMI, run HDMI from Wii to Yamaha.
Other wise just use optical from Wii to Yamaha.
Should not have a need for the Astro Mix-amp.

How do you find the sony headset for gaming ? I'm thinking about getting them herd there supposed to be one of the best headsets for fps. I currently use the mixamp pro with superlux hd688bs and a clip on mic with the ps4

I would switch the Sony for the Philips X1 so much better and more comfi too....The Sony is a little fragile too.....
