Can I convert dff file to flac format on Windows10 ?

I want to know how can I convert dff file to flac format on Windows10 ? Or any player in win10 can play dff files ?

Yes, you can get the TASCAM HI-Res Editor (sorry can't post link, am new and do not have permissions yet). Just download and install (it's free) but you can convert DFF to WAV, then from there you will need to convert to FLAC on a different program. Korg's Audiogate can convert directly from DFF to FLAC, but you will need to buy one of their DACs or recorders to use its full functionality.

JRiver and foobar2000 can play DFF files either natively (if your DAC supports DSD) or by converting them on the fly to PCM. foobar2000 can also convert them to FLAC with the resolution of your choice directly.
