Bugs with Internet Explorer 7.0

I've been having trouble replying to threads, especially quoting, with IE 7.0.  Everything works fine with Firefox 3.6.8.
 
Also, I just started getting the following error message (as several pop-up window) "Out of memory at line: 12".  They seem to relate to the 'Featured Sponsor" icons, as they only appear as blank boxes, one-by-one as I press 'OK' on the error message.

Updated to newest IE (8.0).  Everything seems to be working ok.

Randomly, I have this exact problem with IE9 - Just will not let you post, saying that the form is empty and other such things...
 
I have to use Safari to post here...
 
Maybe a general IE scripting problem that only affects a few of us?!?
