I'm aiming to arrive there for about half 10. Possibly a touch earlier so I can make sure I'm set up.

Aiming for 10:30ish, but set-up always takes me forever - natural ability to tangle cables and mislay small items.

Same here on the tangling front, but I move my setup around quite a bit, so I have become expert in the "where does this bit go?" game.
