Bose QC3 - are there fakes around?

Hi Guys
 
I know your not a big fan of Bose in this forum however I've purchased these (from ebay..) because it does the noise cancelling so well, I've been reading online there are fakes of the QC15 which look very similar to the real thing, question was is there the same issue with QC3? if so are there any ways I can tell if its genuine or not, it said factory sealed so should be a new set.

recently i've bought one for only 75 bucks.

 
the entire crust is second handed and the PCB is a counterfeit, but in terms of performance, it is almost identical to the real thing.
 
though it probably won't last for long when i take at close look into its PCB craftsmanship. more precisely, it is quality of welding.
