Hi everyone. I bought a new pair earphones couple of days ago for commuting to work and school. Today was the first time I got to use them and I noticed earphone on the right side makes rattling/crackling noises when riding a bus(Probably has something to do with vibrations) Noise was gone once I start walking. I noticed there is a gap between cable and rubber piece around the cable on both sides and it seems like something is loose once I move the cable around and makes the same noise I was experiencing earlier today. Fellow bose owners, does your earphones has this gap between cable and rubber piece?

Not the same model but I remember seeing a similar thread about the qc20s: https://community.bose.com/t5/Wireless-Headphones/QC-35-Clicking-noise-in-one-earpiece/td-p/24168

"This may be normal behavior for the headset. The ___s feature active microphones in both ear cups to achieve the noise cancellation. Some users have reported similar behavior when using them in rough or bumpy environments."
Completely normal behavior according to Bose, which sucks and is darn stupid that they don’t design it properly for bumpy bus rides. I have the qc20s and it does this all the time, but my qc15s only pop/crackle/squeals if the battery is low. So I believe Bose’s ANC headphones are less sensitive to bumps than their earphones are.

That sound just like the issue I'm having. Goddamit I knew buying Bose was a bad decision :D Will try to exchange them with a new pair and see if it fixes the issue, If not I'm going to get rid of them and get proper earbuds.
