Bose mie2 owner for about 2 hours.

Hey guys. So I went against what I've read so much on here about buying Bose and got the mie2. Figured due to the name I'd love them. I returned them within 2 hours. Sound was ok but I felt ripped of because they didn't sound $100 good. The only thing I did like was the fit and feel of them. I liked how they felt in the ear and didn't mind too much about the non noise canceling. I've had noise canceling buds that have given me headaches due to the figment. Are there any recommendations for anything with a similar style of fit? Noise canceling isn't a big concern for me since I like to know what's going on around me when I'm running or cycling. As far as what I listen to it is anything and everything dub step, salsa, merengue, dancehall, classical etc.one thing that is a must is good bass. I love my bass. Price range is under 150.
