Boom mic like v-moda Boom Pro but with double-ends

I want to use my nice headphones for work calls sometimes. Would love something like the V-moda boom pro, but that had a split cord for my headphones which have dual 3.5mm jacks instead of one-sided. The Antlion runs a cord the whole way, which kind of sucks.

Any recs?
