I've been getting the large bi-flanges through occasional begging tours on the FS/FT forums. Is there a normal way to get these from Head Direct?

For some odd reason, the tip & filter kit only has the small bi-flanges. I can find those anywhere, and I don't need filters.

Email them again.

They were nice enough to answer any emails I sent them, including additional info on my Minibox-E+ I bought from them and for an extra pair of stock medium buds for my RE0. I lost one of the buds the day I received them, lol. They sent me an extra pair for free. I'm more careful now
