There is only one way to find out. Send them on. I cant source the AT-D2000 from AT USA so cant pick one up to try myself. But it has a round entry hole so that is promising.

I'm interested if you could do the same with the AD2000 (Audio Technica, not Denon

Drew,

Can you give us an update regarding when you expect to receive your next shipment and the quantity you are expecting? Have you determined that the detach cable connector is a viable option? If so, when would you start getting T1s without the square hole? Thanks

I was told a couple of weeks ago that more units would arrive in the States last week. Well it looks like that did not happen. As I have not recieved anything. I left a message for an update with Beyer, but nothing yet.

I should be able to do the detachable mod down the road but not until the backlog of initial T1 orders are filled with all the distributors. As i have to special order cups with no holes. That date I can not guess at this time. But it should happen as they are doing it on our Dragon Series V1 version of the DT990/880/770 as shown on our Beyer page.

I have a question.  I am seriously considering getting these cans with the silver dragon balanced cable as I am most likely getting a Woo22 in the future sometime.  I, however, only have the benchmark dac1 hdr for the time being.  If I get the cable terminated in a single 4pix xlr will I loose quality converting that back to single ended for the time being for use with my benchmark?  Also do you sell 4 pin xlr to single ended connectors?

Looks freakin nice! But the price... oh my gosh.
Hope I will ever get the chance to listen to this one. Maybe after I won the lottery?

Looking forward to reading some reviews on this one. Looks very promising.
