Best voltage meter to measure headphone amps?

I wanted to get a voltage meter to measure my estat amps and see how much voltage they put out vs what the specs say.

Amazon recommends a ton of handheld ones. Are any of these any good?

The cheapest Fluke will be better than a non name brand for accuracy. Autoranging is the feature I always look for since it's so handy. Best reviews for the budget ones are if the person starts with "I've been an electrician for 30 years and..." Then it's a pretty good chance you'll get a good one if they endorse a budget model.

Yes.
Any multimeter.
Make sure that the maximum measurement frequency is 200-500 Hz.
A higher frequency is not a problem, but the measurement accuracy decreases.
