Hello everyone, I have just ordered a Schiit Magni and I have a pair of AKG Q701 coming in about 5 days.I was wondering what would be the best source I can use to get the most out of this equipment. I have a Ipod 5th gen, a LG intuition phone and a laptop. I have just started to rip my CD collection to flac and listen to a huge variety of music from Rush to Tchaikovsky. I downloaded rock box for the ipod and I have an old pair of Sennheisers (HD 202) and funny enough, I get a wider soundstage from my phone than I do the Ipod. I understand that taking the output from the headphone jack is probably the worst way so I also got a cheap dock for the ipod with a line out for the amp. I probably will buy the Modi in a few months but would still like everyones input.
