Crucial. They are owned by Micron, one of the 4 major DRAM manufacturers , so you are buying direct. The other big DRAM makers (Samsung, Infineon, Hynix) don't sell direct, as far as I know.

Kingston is good too, but pricey.

Crucial is probably the best.

Micron D9's are pretty widely held as the *best* RAM chips in existence for OC'ing, and Crucial is owned by Micron, so you know Crucial has them D9's in their RAM sticks
