Hi, I'm after in ear monitors to plug into my wireless pack.

I'm a vocalist in a rock band (think Perfect Circle, Soundgarden etc).

We're a pretty high energy band, so I move around a lot, so they have to stay in, and not make much noise when I jump around. Be best if they blocked out some of the volume of the band.

I'd like to also use them for just listening to music.

I don't want to spend a lot of money on them, so I've been looking at something in the range of Monster Turbines, or Klipsch s4's.

Can anyone help me decide on either of these, or a different set altogether?

Cheers.

O.o

i tot normally musicians would go towards customs? O'well....
if u don't really need the isolation, i can suggest the RE0s, they have rather decent clarity and maybe above avg Seperation?
the s4's would do good if terms of isolation(esp. with shure olive IMO) but they lack in most of the other aspects, to me they sound a little muffled

Make sure you get earphones with over-ear cabling, aka not the RE0. This will reduce noise from the cables hitting off you. You can technically wear the RE0s over-ear but I found them kind of uncomfortable because of the longish strain relief.

Wireless ?

Sleek Audio CT6 Wireless is for you then, you can tune the drivers to your liking on the bass and the trebles when you order your customs.
