The DN-1000 is a great IEM but a little over your price range. If you are ok with buying used, here is a pair for a nice price.

My personal preferences at this price point and below include IEMs like Etymotic HF series and NVX EX10S. Other IEMs you might want to consider are the AX-35 and RE400.
