Best IEM setup while working in a factory??

I have several IEM's like the Brainwaves M1 and M2 but where i work (metal factory) we are only allowed to have 1 ear bud in at all times. What would be the best setup to get the best sound quality. I am allowed to have 1 ear bud in and 1 earplug in so maybe a noise cancellation foam tip or new setup could work. I am open for suggestions and thanks for your time!!

If you are on a budget, but not a really tiny budget, he best would be an inexpensive silicone custom - like a Custom Art Music-one (I think that's what it is called) - you will be able to seal off outside noise and have great sound - custom is the way to go (IMO) because isolation is important...
 
They would look like earplugs....
