Hi everyone I will be getting an Xbox One soon and I'm in need of a new headset. I will have the new Xbox One controller with the 3.5mm jack so all headsets should work, unless there is something I don't know. I have heard a lot about the HyperX Cloud 2 which seem to have superior sound quality to all others in the price range. However they don't have mic monitoring. My Turtle Beach x12 do and I'm sure it would bother me a ton not being able to hear myself. For those that own it is it really bad? Also is there anything that can compare to the Clouds in the price range, that would have mic monitoring?
