I'm looking for a good, comfortable pair of IEMs since my current ones have a loose contact at the jack, likely since I wear them while biking every day. Is there a good pair that can hold up to that, but also have good sound and a good (preferably metal, but not required) build?

Xiaomi Piston 3, they cost around $20. So you can use your $100 to buy 5 of them, and I believe they will last longer than a single $100 IEM.

They have not found much love here at Head-Fi yet, but I'm betting they will: the RBH Sound EP3 are incredible sounding at $129. Also durable with ceramic housings and composite cable.
