Their DAC-1 has all the world abuzz, so why is it that my searches for Benchmarks IFA-7 headphone amp come up empty?

Seems like with all the high-end audio cards around here that support balanced line-level analog outputs, the IFA-7 would be a perfect match. Does it live up to the giant killer standards of their DAC-1, or was that just a fluke?
