Behringer MA400, Best amp for under $40?

Sorry, wasn't really sure where to post this but seeing as the MA400 is quite a large amp i thought i'd post it here. Anyway, my question basically is, what is the best AMP i can get for under $40? Portability makes no difference as if i were going somewhere i would just use my CX300's.
